Team building strategies

As we learn in chapter 7, there are several team building strategies coaches can use to create cohesive and effective teams. Many movies have demonstrated the strategies that coaches have implemented to achieve impressive results. Examples of these motivational movies include:

• Miracle
• Remember the Titans
• We Are Marshall

Reflecting on one of these movies, or another of your choice, discuss the team building approaches used by the coach. How was cohesion achieved? What are your thoughts on the approaches used? Did you disagree with any strategies implemented? Explain.
